What began as a simple question.
“Could you design a board game that I could propose to him with?”
Then turned into one of the most ambitious and meaningful creative projects I’ve ever taken on.
A Stellar Journey started with sketches on index cards, marbles, and wooden meeples. It grew into a fully realized board game built around storytelling, emotional design, and shared experiences.
And on that night, during its first full playthrough, the game delivered its final objective card:
“Will you marry me?” she asked.
Of course he said “Yes.”
